The purpose of our service is to provide you with support and peace of mind. We are excited to offer you weekly services that will make your life easier and more enjoyable.
Here is everything you need to know about our terms and policies.
1. Service Description: Our concierge service for seniors provides assistance with errands, tasks, and light home organization. This includes grocery shopping, prescription pickups, dry cleaners drop-off and other similar tasks.
2. Payment Terms: Clients have the option to choose from three different billing options: a la carte, packages, and monthly subscriptions. Payment can be made via credit card, check, or electronic transfer.
a.) A la carte: For a la carte services, clients will be billed before each service is provided. Payment can be made via credit card, check, or electronic transfer. An invoice will be sent to the client prior to the scheduled service, and payment is due before the service takes place.
b.) Packages: Clients who choose to purchase hourly packages will be billed once they purchase a package. The package cost will be determined based on the number of hours needed. Payment can be made via credit card, check, or electronic transfer. An invoice will be sent to the client upon purchase, and payment is due before the service takes place.
c.) Monthly Subscriptions: Clients who opt for monthly subscriptions will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment will be automatically deducted from the client's chosen payment method on the same day each month. The subscription fee will be determined based on the chosen tier and will cover a set number of services or hours per month. Late Payment Fees: Late payment fees of $25 may be applied for payments not received within 3 days of the due date.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing a 7 days notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the service.
4. Privacy Policy: We respect the privacy of our clients and will only collect and use personal information necessary for providing our services. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created during the provision of services, such as organizational systems or customized plans, will remain the property of the service provider.
6. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client, including but not limited to property damage, injury, or financial loss.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or conflicts that may arise will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement. The service provider reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or violation of the terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be exclusively heard in the courts of the state of Maryland.
10. Amendments: Any changes or modifications to the terms and conditions will be communicated to clients in writing or via email. Continued use of our services after receiving notice of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
